The Legal Basis of Clusters’ State Support in Russia

This final qualifying work examines the sphere of the state support of territorial clusters in the Russian Federation. Throughout the study, the concept of «a cluster» is analyzed from different perspectives. Based on the prior findings of other scholars the survey provides the most pragmatic definition of this term. Types of the state support are listed and analyzed with a view to illuminating their advantages, disadvantages and possible ways of improvement. A large number of methods is employed in the final qualifying work, including the dialectic and comparative techniques, analysis and synthesis. The results of the study highlight the main problems of the state support of the clusters and show optimal ways of the further improvement of this sphere, which can benefit the overall economic system.
