Development of the Portfolio of Services for Working with Suppliers and Customers in a Logistics Company

This research examines the job of the freight forwarding company and the formation of the portfolio of services in logistics. The use of a third party in logistics is extremely in demand in the modern market for international transportatiom of products, since it allows to significantly simplify the conduct of foreign economic activity. Based on the results of the research, the problems of logistics operators were identified and were developed recommendations for improving their working process.
