This paper is dedicated to one single industry which will be an example for description of overall situation that all the organisations faces during their lifecycle independently of the industry they belong to. Changes happen to organisations under different conditions and may be a subject for analysis in every company. Here we will consider the Russian advertising market, the individual player and the situation in which the organization turned out to be. In this work, a real-life agency will be considered, which most sharply felt the sharp changes under economic factors, and also experienced several cycles of internal reorganization, restructuring and changes affecting the functional of employees. The analysis will identify weaknesses in both the management and the middle level of staff - both factors are directly related to both the overall mood and motivation in the organization, and the results of the company's activities. The purpose of the work is to study the reactions of workers of different levels to the changing situation and status of the company, to identify the influence of informal leaders on the efficiency of the team, as well as to identify emotional reactions to the situation in the agency and the solutions proposed by the company's management.
