This thesis analyzes French borrowings' assimilation in English, Spanish and Russian Literature. The research is based on the following books of the 21st century: J.Boyne "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas", F.Lopez "The Age of Hate", E. Murashova "The Correction Class". The role of extralinguistic factors in language transformations is revealed. The lexicographic aspect of the research defines the suffixes of French origins and the main thematic groups of French borrowings.
