The Role of Non-economic Incentives in Healthcare Workers' Motivation in Public Healthcare Organizations

The paper is devoted to the medical workers' of public medical organizations evaluation of non-economic incentives. A significant number of studies show that these incentives have many advantages and they are used by many modern companies. The empirical study, in which 558 doctors and nurses from 5 different organizations were questioned, it was revealed that they highly evaluate the significance of non-economic motivation. Moreover, most of the leaders of clinics are already using this group of incentives. The study also showed that non-economic incentives should be implemented in combination with each other in groups, which were defined by the factor analysis.
