As Russian business environment experiences dramatic shifts and shocks triggered by politics, Small and Medium Enterprises are making significant strategic changes affecting future of their business. This thesis was developed for a SME regional company in order to create several scenarios of the future and help its management with decision-making process. Methodology of the research includes such tools as PEST analysis, 5 Porter’s Forces, Wilson’s matrix, TAIDA scenario management steps, scenario matrix, Marcer’s approach and others. As the results, the thesis unveiled potential future scenarios of the company’s development and provide a basis for management to make correct strategic decisions.
