The thesis consists from the theoretical and empirical parts and represents the analysis of the interrelation of the organizational and product innovations in a company. Within a wide discourse about the interrelation of technological and nontechnological innovations, which has been conducting by foreign researchers during about fifteen years, we tried to apply their findings on the Russian consumer innovation market. Discussing the problem of significance of nontechnological factors for product innovations launch, we aimed to analyze the interrelation between organizational and product innovations on the Russian consumer goods market. To reach the objective, the expert questionnaire has been conducted within the PR and HR representatives of the twenty four Russian companies from consumer goods sector. After that the data were processed by means of STATA statistical program, regression analysis was made and the significance between dependent (quantity of product innovations) and independent variables (organizational innovations) was estimated. Speaking about the results briefly, we mark that open communication between all the departments in a company and the practice of ideas presentation to all work community are the important factors for incremental innovations, while for radical innovations it is important, besides the listed factors, to be tolerant to risk. We didn’t find out significant correlations between all the dependent and independent factors, declared in the thesis, but nevertheless our hypothesis was proved. You can find more detailed practical findings in “Conclusion”.
