Internet Privacy Control Toolset Development

The purpose of this research work is to analyze existing solutions and tools to ensure anonymity in the Internet; also to сreate the most effective toolkit for providing anonymity in the Internet. In this paper, network anonymity preserving methods which are available to users are analyzed. There are several tools that can be used by consumers: anonymous remailers, rewebbers, The Onion Router (Tor), Invisible Internet Project (I2P), Tails operating system, Whonix (solution with two virtual machines). These tools give the Internet user the necessary protection on the Internet. Several specific technologies of online anonymity were selected based on the following criteria: the technology meets the full definition of anonymity, it is now available for public use and has been explored in a practical way. Based on the analysis of tools in the third chapter, possible ways for safe surfing on the Internet are presented and a system for choosing one of these solutions is developed.
