Adaptation of OSS/BSS Framework for Visually impaired Users

World Wide Web plays significant role in the development of the modern information community and related with different types of human activities such as business, politics and science. WEB is a large dynamic storage of information. Unfortunately, the main part of web-pages is unavailable for visually impaired users. This research aims to analyze international standards of sites development for visually impaired users and considers its implementation to the large enterprise web-application based on Google Web Toolkit and conducts compatibility testing with different tools such as screen readers (JAWS, Window-Eyes, Fire Vox) and the Braille keyboard and display. The research presented possibility of adaptation of complicated application to modern standards of development.
