Information System Design of Formation State Order for Professional Educational Institutions in Perm Region

In the work the analysis of information interaction in the system of professional education of the Perm region from the point of view of the organization of the main information flows between the Ministry of education and science of the Perm region, professional educational institutions and employers. On the basis of the conducted among civil servants of sociological research identified the need for automating the process of carrying out competition on distribution of admission quotas in professional educational institutions of Perm region. Great attention is paid to the process of designing the information system of formation of the state task, which will link together the interests of the Ministry of education and science of the Perm region, professional educational institutions and employers. The achievement of results of research achieved through the analysis of research works in various fields – with particular emphasis given to works on introduction of information technologies in public administration and in education, and also works on modeling and design of information systems.
