Differentiation of Proceedings in Civil Procedure

Particularly acute today is the question of delimiting civil procedural procedures, so it is the question of their differentiation. Differentiation of procedures is one of the main trends in society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical problems of differentiation of civil proceedings, as well as the identification of specific types of civil litigation. To achieve these goal we need to fulfill the following tasks: 1) analysis of the definition of the concept of differentiation of industries in civil proceedings; 2) study of the boundaries of material and procedural law in the legal procedure; 3) the definition of the branches of procedural law and the identification of types of litigation; 4) theoretical analysis of the separation of types of civil proceedings; 5) study of the issue of the main principles of the court's activity in the proceedings; 6) study of the question of other types of production: special and simplified forms of production. This work includes an introduction, two chapters that are divided into paragraphs, as well as conclusions and a bibliographic list. In the first chapter of the paper, the question about what place in the system of law is involved in civil proceedings. In the second chapter of the work we highlight types of civil proceedings are singled out separately and the basic procedures of each of the species.
