Creation of the Concept of Development of the Competition of Innovations in Education of the HSE

The master's thesis is made in an academic format and is a study whose goal was to develop a long-term concept for the development of the Innovation Competition in Education of the Higher School of Economics. To achieve this goal, the Edtech market was analyzed in Russia and abroad, the main players and successful approaches and principles for the development of innovative competitions were identified. An internal and external analysis of the KIWO activities was carried out, including an analysis of the conformity of the KIVO participants' projects to the main trends of the market of Edtech, and an analysis of the activities and satisfaction of KIVO participants, as well as expert assessments regarding market development and, in particular, KIVO. Based on this analysis, the problems, opportunities, threats and points of growth of KIVO were identified, and in the third chapter the ways of the Contest development were formed and evaluated. In the end, a certain strategy for the development of KIVO was chosen and its prospects were justified. The results of this research are not only theoretical, related to the clarification of the objective picture of the functioning of educational innovation ecosystems and the prospects for their development, but also the practical significance of introducing and implementing the created concept of the KIVO NIU HSE development, as well as using the results of the market research of educational innovations for further Improving the innovative educational ecosystem of the country as a whole and, in particular, the Innovation Competition in Education.
