Strategy for Promotion of Innovations in Russia

The relevance of the graduate qualification work is based upon the innovation development of Russia. The Strategy of the innovation-based development of the Russian Federation for the period till 2020 providing the transition of economy to innovative socially oriented model of development as the unique method of achievement of long-term goals of social and economic development was approved by the Russian Government Executive Order No. 2227-R of December 8, 2011. Following it, Russia has settled down to a course of the economic diversification and the growth of the new high-technology markets. Communication framework for promoting scientific, scientific-technical and innovation activities will be created in this work. It is required for one of the goals achievement and tasks of innovation-driven growth of Russia at the present stage. Research subject – mass media and their target audiences the instrument of promoting of scientific, scientific-technical and innovation activities. Research object – actions, instruments and channels of innovative activity promoting. The hypothesis of this research proceeds from the fact that media can be used more efficiently for promoting of scientific, scientific-technical and innovation activities in Russia. The goal of the work is to develop a complex of the actions for promoting of scientific, scientific-technical and innovation activities in Russia. For achieving the desired goal the following tasks are determined: • to carry out the analysis of the current situation in Russia, the state organizations existing in Russia which are engaged in support of innovations are described; • to carry out the analysis of target audience; • to describe communication channels; • to formulate key messages directed to all specified target audiences
