Organization and Election Campaigning in Russia

In this work, there will be considered the question of organizing and conducting of the pre-election agitation in Russia. First of all, this research is explained by the relevance of this issue that is an integral part of the democratic system and in order to the short period of exercising of this right: a little bit more 20 years. The aim of this project is to analyze the current legislation in the field of preelection agitation, identifying and considering the dynamic of this institution. There will be an attempt to formulate and suggest a solution of those problems that are not regulated by the current legislation. The expected results are about to be reported to the legislators to acquaint them with the gaps and ambiguities in the interpretation of legal acts and the possible ways to resolve these issues.
