Organization Requirements Development and Management Processes in Projects of Consulting Company XXX

The purpose of this work is to organize and improve the processes of developing and managing requirements in the projects of the consulting company XXX. The first chapter reviewed standards and best practices - BABOK, SWEBOK, REBOK, as well as ISO 9000 and CMMI - process maturity model. Based on the results of the review, it was determined that the work with requirements consists of two processes - requirements development and requirements management . It was also determined that the CMMI model can be used to improve this processes. In the second chapter was analyzes the current state of the processes, identified the causes of problems. In the third chapter, have been planned actions to improve the processes, describes the results of implementing actions to improve processes, and evaluated the results of approbation of improved processes. The work contains 2 tables, 12 pictures, 3 attachments, consists of 90 pages and refers to 43 sources.
