Sociopsychological Factors of the Project Team Effective Management

The paper considers various socio-psychological factors, affected the effectiveness of managing teamwork. Many researchers agree that the psychological component of teamwork is a very important parameter, which affects the engagement and performance of the team as a whole. The aim of this work is to analyze the influence of such socio-psychological factors as "Joint discussion of problems", "Conformity of actions with long-term goals", "Metacognitive Awareness", "Reflection of intragroup relations", "The conformity of organizational design to the image of the" I "employee", "Effective management of group emotions" to the variable "Involvement". In the study participated mainly companies working in the field of consulting, IT and oil and gas industry. In accordance with the latest trends, one of the ways to improve efficiency is the concept of organizational mindfulness, the most popular in the Silicon valley. Despite the fact that the concept is used in business recently, studies have shown that its implementation has a positive effect on the effectiveness of teamwork.
