E-Learning Elements Implementation in Higher Education System
Nowadays there is dynamic evolvement of online education followed by the growth of supporters and users number. Universities need to start the appliance of remote education in order for higher education not to compete with this new innovative type of studying but to use it as the tool to raise the university education level. Today no steps were made by the government to accomplish the universities-e-learning integration. The main goal of this study is to build up a concept of counting the online courses results for the intramural students. Furthermore the project of the established implementation of that concept was made. In order to find out advantages and disadvantages of distance education and to achieve the goal of this paper students and professors of National Research University Higher School of Economics Perm campus were interrogated. In accordance to research results coupled with current legislation and all the risks analysis, the final concept of online education implementation in university studying program was formed.
