Any commercial organization created for the purpose of making a profit, to increase profit is possible in two ways: either increasing revenues or reducing costs. One way to reduce costs is a cost management . In this paper, we propose method of improvement theproduction costs managemen tsystem, and the approbation on the example of a manufacturing company. Here also will be analyzed and categorized existing approaches of the cost management.
