Annotation Vorobev Anton Andreevich MODELING AND OPTIMIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT THE ENTERPRISE OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY Keywords: business processes, project management, Agile, food industry The aim of this work is to study, and also the subsequent modeling using Agile principles to optimize the business process in the food industry. To perform the work, the existing enterprise producing flour confectionery products was chosen. The paper defines Agile principles for effective business management and compares it with other existing approaches to managing business processes. Based on the developed component business model, the main directions of effective optimization of the company were determined, in particular, the process of order processing. The study describes the process of processing orders, is analyzed for the presence of logical errors in it, and a target model based on the principles of Agile (TO-BE) is constructed. The result of the master's study is summarizing conclusions about the effectiveness of implementing a flexible approach to managing business processes and the prospects for its application in the food industry in Russia.
