Work Schedule Optimization for Sales Staff of a Large Retail Company

Current research is devoted to the problem of work schedule optimization for sales staff of a large retail company. The research opens the relevance of this field of study and explains its practical importance. Main purpose of the study is to suggest the solution of making working schedule on example of one large retail determined company. To achieve the purpose two problems are solved: current business-process of making schedules is analyzed; current and aimed process of making schedules is modeled; typical methods of solving this problem is observed; mathematical model is constructed and automated for solving current example. The result of the study is a constructed mathematical model and working schedule, which is generated by the model.
