The Formation of Competitive Advantage in Cafe ring

Subject: "Formation of competitive advantages in the sphere of public catering" The Moscow market of public catering, considerably period, developed in rather safe from the social and economic point of view, it is characterized by extremely high competition now; the consumption recession caused by deterioration in a social and economic situation; detailed segmentation not only in the price plan, but also a format of services, and also the offered kitchen; bystry change of fashion for a format of catering establishment; high qualification of the considerable part of consumers which is shown both in a clear understanding of the interests and in an opportunity rather precisely to estimate the offered services from the point of view of cost, quality, service, etc. As object of a research the «Papasha Noy» – small cafe with the democratic prices (coffee house), with the limited product range, (Zamoskvorechye) which is in the center of Moscow, near REU of Plekhanov acts. Object of research are competitive advantages of cafe, proceeding from an originality of system of requirements of his potential clients and a competitive environment. The purpose of work is development of actions for formation of competitive advantages in the sphere of public catering Methodological and theoretical bases of a research were fundamental works on problems of formation of competitive advantages, including in the sphere of public catering of foreign and domestic researchers. For the solution of the set theoretical tasks in work the following methods of a research are used: the analysis and generalization of scientific literature on the studied problem; terminological analysis; classification; analogy; system approach. At the solution of practical tasks economic, sociological and managerial methods, including questioning, polls, etc. have been used.
