Assessment of the Impact of the Financial Architecture of the Companies Activity Effectiveness

The final qualification work is devoted to assessing the impact of financial architecture on the company's performance. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the definition of the financial architecture, the analysis of the components of the financial architecture and the identification of effectiveness criteria of companies. The second chapter reviewed the state of the European and Russian retail markets. The third chapter is devoted to econometric analysis: used data and methods, and data analysis process itself. The purpose of the work is to determine the influence of financial architecture mechanisms on various types of efficiency of retail companies and highlight the characteristics of their impact. The work responds to parameters such as 1. Uniqueness: determination of the differences in the influence of components of the financial architecture on the strategic and operational efficiency of retail companies. And also the identification in the models of the differences between capital markets belonging to different countries; 2. Practical significance: application of the model will allow the company's management to increase its efficiency, taking into account the aspect of efficiency. The study showed that European and Russian retail companies are differ in the structure of financial architecture and its impact. The strategic effectiveness of European retail companies depends on the financial architecture, while the Russian one does not. In addition, a recommendation has been made to build a financial architecture to improve company's efficiency.
