Ways to Increase International Competitiveness of Vertically-Intergrated Oil and Gas Companies (Transneft Case)

This research is dedicated to the problem in finding ways to Increase International Competitiveness of transport integrated Oil and Gas Companies "Transneft". The first Chapter discusses the theory of business competitiveness, international competitiveness, the competitiveness of the oil industry and tools to improve international competitiveness, and transport integration, vertical integration, its types, advantages and disadvantages. The second Chapter will examine the activity of "Transneft" and analysis of the company's competitors abroad. The third section suggests ways of achieving international competitiveness for "Transneft".
