Public Procurement of Dairy Products for Kindergarten

In this paper was analyzed public procurement procedures in educational sector, because it is one of important question of government. The purpose was analyzing procurements of supplying dairy products for pre-school institutions, considered main problems and offered possible recommendations for potential improvements. To accomplish this goal, was analyzed legislative documents, compared methods of supplying products and reviewed experience from European Country. Results of this study confirmed that legislative documents about public procurement need in permanent developing. The research paper consists of three chapters. Chapter one is dedicated to the analysis of Russian Federation legislative framework and describing features, stages and ways of supplying dairy products to kindergartens. Second chapter is about analyzing procurement procedures abroad. Third chapter provides abundant information on public procurement procedures of dairy products supply to pre-school institutions and offers possible solutions.
