Effectiveness Evaluation of the Innovative Product Introduction at “Vipaks” Company

The urgency of the work is conditioned by the fact that it is impossible to increase the competitiveness of Russian companies without introducing innovations and attracting investment for innovation. Moreover, the paper considers the perspective direction of business development - cloud-based video surveillance. The problem of assessing the effectiveness of innovation and creating new products that potentially can bring a high profit is topical. To assess the effectiveness were used the following methods of analysis and modeling: creating a business model of the project, creating a financial model using MS Excel, calculating PP, NPV, IRR, MIRR and PI indicators and risk analysis. Thanks to the conducted research, the effectiveness of introducing an innovative product by Vipax company was proved, a business model was created taking into account the creation of this product, the competitive environment was analyzed and the most significant risks were identified. The expected result of using the data obtained in this work is the receipt of profit by introducing an innovative product and increasing the competitiveness of Vipax company.
