In this paper we considered the notion of «alienation» in the perspective of the existentialism. Firstly, we analyzed basic notion of the philosophical system of Georges Bataille. In particular we payed attention to his concept of inner experience and the opposition of homogeneous and heterogeneous which was fundamental in his reflection. Then we analyzed the cultural and philosophical phenomenon of dendism through the prism of Bataille’s notions and demostrated than the phenomenon of dandism can be considered as the part of the phenomenon of alienation which is common for the philosophical systems of the existentialists. Specifically, expect Bataille we examined the philosophical world of Jean-Paul Charles Sartre and Albert Camus as the founders of non-theological direction of existentialism and consider the archaeology of the notion of alienation in their texts both philosophical and literary to understand how the notion of alienation works in the philosophical world of these thinkers. Then we consider the philosophical direction of the theological existentialism for the purpose to understand how the notion of alienation was realized in the paper of the founders of this direction of thought like Emmanuel Lévinas, Martin Buber and the works of Michael Bakhtin as the culmination of the existential theological thought. We did all this philosophical work in order to demonstrate that the notion of alienation is common for all these thinkers and that it defines how the individual will understand his place in the world and the basics of his own existence. So our paper will show to the reader the archeology of the notion of alienation in the existential perspective of the philosophical tradition.
