Online-learning platforms are used by broad masses, but there are still less educational projects made for children than for adults. At the same time children are called “digital natives”, their media use is growing each year, and digital technology become the source of their intellectual development — it means that educational projects for children have great potential.

This works examines the e-learning market, covers and compares different types of online-learning platforms for young audience. Paper also includes author conception of project for educational website Arzamas.academy, based on research.

The findings of the study are to prove that it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of children’s perception, media use and interests of Generation Z while making an educational project.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
