The research is devoted to the actual problem of the legal regime of the Internet site. The main objective of the study is to clarify insufficiently developed problems related to the legal regime of the Internet site. To achieve this goal, a number of problems were solved: The concept of virtual objects was formulated and their classification was given; The definition of "the Internet site" was given; The legal nature of the Internet site was determined in accordance with the current legislation and features of its legal regime were revealed. As conclusion it was established that the Internet site should be considered as virtual objects, which, in turn, can be included in the list of results of intellectual activity established in Art. 1225 Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Today, the legal regime of virtual objects has not been established and, therefore, the Internet site is mainly considered in judicial practice as a composite creation. The paper reflects the peculiarities and requirements of judicial practice for the consideration of the Internet site as a composite creation. The structure of the work is determined by the goals of the research and consists of an introduction, two chapters combining six paragraphs, conclusions and a list of used literature.
