Improving Corporate Standard of Project Management in the Commercial Organization

The goal of the final qualification work is to develop recommendations and proposals for improving the corporate standard of project management in the organization. To achieve this goal, the following tasks will be solved in the work: 1. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the conceptual field and the main standards of the project activity; 2. Analyze key project management standards; 3. Conduct an analysis of existing models for assessing the maturity and effectiveness of corporate standards in the organization; 4. To investigate the activities of the Leningrad Prospekt-M in the context of corporate project management; 5. To assess the current state of use of the corporate project management standard in the Leningradsky Prospekt-M; 6. Identify the existing problems of using the corporate standard of project management in the organization "Leningrad Prospekt-M"; 7. Formulate recommendations for improving the corporate standard of project management in the organization. The object of the study is the company "Leningradsky Prospekt-M". The subject of the study is the project management system and the effectiveness of the corporate standard in the organization of project management in the company "Leningradsky Prospekt-M".
