TNC’s Sales Diversification under Conditions of Development of Substitutes Market (PJSC “MMC Norilsk Nickel” Case)
This work is devoted to research of structure and problems of marketing and sales departments of PJSC "GMK Norilsk Nickel". The first chapter of this study describes a theoretical aspect that reveals the features of commodity sales, approaches to diversification and the arrangement of transnational corporations. It served as the theoretical basis for this study. The second chapter analysed the position of Norilsk Nickel in the metals & mining industry and reviewed the global nickel market. The third chapter highlights the current problems, as well as provides opportunities for the development of marketing and sales units, including diversification strategies.
