The globalization caused the formation of teams with members from different countries. The aim of this study is to give an answer to a question how multicultural teams contribute for increasing innovations in MNCs, through empirical research. Despite the fact that in a social psychology the culturally diversified teams` topic has already been discussed for a long time, in the management field, this topic is under-researched. We analyzed modern tendencies in the study of cross-cultural teams, as well as the most cited works in this field. In this study, we researched multicultural teams, working in international consulting companies.
