Selection Justification of IT Solution for the Microcredit Information System in Finance Company

The work provided the developed methods selection justification of IT solution for the microcredit information system in finance company. The methods was developed using the analytic hierarchy process, recommendations of the best IT practices including CobiT and PMBoK and recommendations from the expert community. The work demonstrates the results of the using of techniques to solve particular task of the selection justification of IT solution for the microcredit information system in finance company in Russia. During the reviewed model business processes identified in the automation needs and requirements of the IT solution. The final result of using the methods became the ending selection of IT solutions from a list of alternatives. The work contains 32 tables 7 figures 13 application consists of 99 pages and 35 references the sources.
