In recent decades, the television industry has been recording a special type of activity - television creative production. Till now among researchers of television production there is no unity - whether to allocate the creative producer by a separate unit of a production team or its working duties are shared among themselves by other members of the team. In addition, among those works in which the creative producer is singled out as a separate unit, at present no functions and duties of the creative producer are recorded anywhere. It will not be a mistake to connect this with the lagging nature of the development of domestic television broadcasting in the twentieth century. The start of the development of domestic production falls on the 50s-60s of the XX century, while Western production begins its development 20 years earlier. From the 50s to the 90s of the 20th century, the producer in our country was rather the organizer of the process, it was not called at all, and the producer activity was more connected with the cinema. For comparison, in the western practice by the 50th years of the 20th century this stage has already been completed. Active development of domestic production has only been from the 90s of the XX century, and to date, the work of Russian researchers is not so much information about this area. This is due to the urgency of the work.
