Mobile App for Group Meetings Coordination

When organizing a meeting or gathering with more than two participants one can encounter different problems, such as lack of knowledge or communication between all of the participants, different preferences and locations of the group members and other spontaneous difficulties solving which can prove time consuming. Surprisingly there are not many solutions to that problem so that the user would have to turn to a number of various applications and services in order to arrange and organize such an event. In this paper an approach for solving this problem is discussed and the project which would be aimed on providing a tool for addressing this task in form of a single application. The paper contains 39 pages, 3 chapters, 24 illustrations, 1 table, 61 bibliography items, 4 appendices. Key words: online seminars, structured discussions, think tanks.
