Corporate Social Responsibility in the Assistance Sector. Comparative Analysis of Russian and Foreign Companies

The theme of the final qualifying work: "Corporate Social Responsibility in the Assistance Sector. Comparative Analysis of Russian and Foreign Companies" The volume of the thesis project is 94 pages, it contains 28 figures, 3 tables, 42 sources of literature. The subject of my research is the practice of corporate social responsibility in the assistance companies. The object of research, respectively, are the companies of the field of assistance, working in different national markets. The diploma project consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, the urgency of the chosen topic is substantiated, the goal and tasks of the research are formulated, and the object and subject of the research are indicated. The first chapter of the final qualifying work describes the theoretical aspects of corporate social responsibility, as well as its actual directions and reasons that encourage companies to develop and implement the principles of corporate social responsibility. The second chapter of the work gives a general description of the scope of assistance, its specific features, as well as the relevance of the concept of corporate social responsibility for organizations of this industry. The third chapter of the WRC carried out a comparative analysis of the practice of corporate social responsibility of companies working in the field of assistance in different countries. The conclusion contains the main findings of the research conducted and the theoretical issues raised in the study of corporate social responsibility.
