Topic: " Comparative Analysis of German Companies Investment Activities’ Conditions in the Topic: " Comparative Analysis of German Companies Investment Activities’ Conditions in the Countries of the European Union and the Asia-Pacific Region". The volume of the thesis work is 81 pages. It includes 5 figures and 5 tables. While writing the diploma 112 sources were used. Keywords: internationalization, foreign direct investment (FDI), Germany. The object of the study are the conditions for investment activities of foreign companies in the EU and APR countries. The subject of the study are the factors that influence FDI of German companies in the EU and APR countries. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the relevance of the research is revealed, the aim and objectives of the study are set, the research object is determined, a hypothesis is formulated, the methodological base of the research is indicated. In the first chapter, the possible ways of internationalization will be described, the definition of FDI and the main approaches to explaining FDI will be discussed in detail. Research on factors affecting FDI will also be analyzed. In the second chapter, a comparative analysis of the conditions for investment activities of foreign companies in the EU and APR countries will be conducted. Particular attention will be paid to the characteristics and main motives of FDI from Germany. Finally, examples of the activities of German companies in the EU and APR countries will be analyzed. The third chapter will describe the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying factors that affect FDI from Germany to the EU and APR countries. The prospects of attracting foreign direct investment from Germany to Russia will also be considered. In conclusion, the results will be summed up and conclusions drawn regarding the attractiveness of the EU and APR countries for the investment activities of German companies.
