Transport Company Business Processes Automation

This final qualification work is a project of transport company business processes automation by selection, implementation and adaptation the relevant information system to company needs. The paper consists of description of the transport company business processes analysis, the rationale of choosing the most relevant information system for the transport company and a list of necessary changes in the information system, with the technical assignment development, subsequent information system adaptation to company needs and its implementation The work consists of four chapters and 12 annexes. The work is presented in 150 pages: The first chapter consists of description «AS-IS» model of the transport company business processes and the most relevant information system selection. The second chapter contains a description of the «TO-BE» model of using the selected information system and identifying tasks for finalizing the information system. The third chapter contains a description of the changes made in the configuration for selected information system adaptation to the company needs, the development of printed forms and the automation salaries calculation for drivers. The fourth chapter describes the process of selected information system implementation in the transport company, also this chapter consists of calculation of economic efficiency of the information system implementation and preliminary conclusions of the project. The development implementation technical assignment of the author's configuration "Motor Transport Management" of platform 1C version 8.3 is presented in Appendix Z.
