The present thesis is devoted to observing the factors of motivating professional environment from the point of view of their potential influence on retaining the experts in banks. The current interest in the problem lies in following situation. First of all, according to previous research (Abraham et al., 2013), employees became more selective in their choice of an employer, and in case of inablity to fulfill their expectations within one organization they gradually begin to search for another workplace. Which is why motivating professional environment as a complex of factors, defining the peculiar properties of working for an organization, turns into strategical instrument in retention of staff. Secondly, it is generally thought that representatives of various categories of staff have dissimilarities in theis motivating profiles, and this determines the need to use a more rifle approach to hr-practices depending on prevaling interests of each category. Thirdly, present paper is concerned with the experts, because they hold valuable competencies in their professional field.
