The purpose of this work is to determine what type of leadership prevails in the civil service. In this connection, we hypothesized that the transactional type of leadership prevails in the civil service. However, during the survey, this hypothesis was not confirmed. Empirical research led to the conclusion that in the civil service, a transformational type of leadership prevails.
