Key Features of Generation Z Employees Stimulation

Nowadays, the companies are dominated by employees belonging to the Y generation. Researchers have comprehensively studied this generation and have various solutions related to the process of their stimulation and retention. Today's students and graduates will soon join the ranks of the working population, or have already started working. It is especially important for companies to involve and retain in the organization a young generation that can most successfully navigate in the modern world. As part of this work, a study was intended to find out the main incentives needed for representatives of generation Z, which was carried out through methods such as questionnaires, interviews with management, analysis of primary and secondary information, and correlation analysis. The results of the study showed that immediate reward, a clear statement of tasks and the possibility of rapid career development plays an important role in stimulating of the generation Z. Based on the results of the work, recommendations were given to improve the incentive system at Dom.ru aimed at retaining young employees and increasing their effectiveness.
