he work is devoted to the consideration of the construction of sanitary-epidemiological norms by the Uzbek restaurant employees. The concept of L. Theveno and L. Boltanski is used on opposing worlds in the issue of achieving the legitimacy of consent, in this case about the sanitary standards in the restaurant. The main confrontation is observed between the world of security and the world of authenticity. During the included monitoring and interviewing of restaurant workers, five more worlds were discovered, which are also involved in the design process.
