Motivation and development of start-up project team

Start-up as a type of activity that is gaining popularity every day. One of the key success factors of а start-up is the effective work of each team member. In order to provide this side of the issue, the team leader must develop motivation and development system of the project employees. The main goal of this study is to identify factors that affect the motivation of the start-up participants. The analysis was based on polling employees of a russian startup KidZania. The number of recommendations were made to improve the system of motivation and development of project personnel based on the research results. The methodology of the research and its results can be used both by KidZania staff and team leaders of other projects to develop their own system of staff motivation and development.
