Features of labor relations in the holding
Legal Support of Personnel Management
The basis of this work is a comprehensive study of the specifics of the organization of labor relations within the holding association, the establishment of the possibility of the holding association to act as an employer, the study of the specifics of the transfer of workers to another job, and the rotation of staff in the holding, and the possible existence of a plurality of persons on the employer's behalf in the holding. Also within the framework of the work, the peculiarities of labor law relations in the holding company are considered, proposals have been developed in the sphere of legislative and local regulation of this issue.
