The System of Secondary Vocational Education in Russia: Problems and Ways of Solving

In this work problems of the system of secondary vocational education in Russia are considered. The state of it is analyzed and the main problem areas are identified. The ways of their solution with the orientation to modern trends in vocational education and to successful foreign practices are suggested. Based on the conducted studies, the identified problems were confirmed, as well as the most successful moments in international cases that can be applied in the conditions of Russian realities.
