The Institution of the Rehabilitation in Criminal Procedure: Law and Practice

The study discusses topical issues of rehabilitation institute that provoke debate in the theory and practice of criminal justice. The questions of the legal regulation, legal and doctrinal definition, nature and grounds of rehabilitation in Russian Federation are considered in detail. The overall goal of this study is research and analysis into the institute of rehabilitation in the criminal justice of the Russian Federation, and its practical application. The following tasks have been set to achieve this goal: to study the normative-legal regulation of the institute of rehabilitation; to define the concept, nature and grounds of rehabilitation in Russian Federation; to analyses of the subject composition of rehabilitation – person, who has the right to rehabilitation or only the right to reparation; to characterize of the content of the right to rehabilitation and certain types of damages, which are redress; to castigation the of procedure for the redress of damages in rehabilitation.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
