Key words: strategic planning, methodology of logistics, logistic activities, logistic business process, transportation, customs clearance The problem under study is the necessity of the planning development of logistics activities in the focus company due to the entry into a new market with high competition, where the lack of planning will lead to higher costs and financial losses. The thesis proposed an improved way of planning of the logistics activities of the organization through a review of scientific papers on this subject. In the present work were revealed the specific factors that accompany companies when entering a new market with high competition, the features of import of frozen products were analyzed. Based on the analysis guidelines for the realization of the business project on import of frozen shrimps to the territory of the Russian Federation were developed. Transportation method and the procedure of customs clearance of the products were optimized, and also there were proposed changes in the organizational structure of the company. The work proved the feasibility and efficiency of the developed technique. The volume of the master thesis – p. – 102, figures – 20, table 27, list of references – 53.
