Problematic Aspects of the Compensation of Losses

In 2015 the Russian legislation came to reception of the well known worldwide over a century instrument. The article dwells on difficulties and uncertainties which, as author believes, will appear if the article on indemnification of losses is introduced into the Russian Civil Code in the proposed wording.
