The research consists of three chapters. It has a practical orientation. The object of the study is Ltd. "Corporation of Investment Development of The Smolensk Region", the subject - the project management system in the organization for realizing public-private partnership (PPP) projects. The purpose of the research is to identify the features of the organization's work with public-private partnership projects and develop methodological recommendations on the elaboration of Corporate Project Management Methodology (CPMM) elements in Ltd. "Corporation of Investment Development of The Smolensk Region". The following tasks were accomplished to achieve the purpose of the study: • Analyze scientific sources and experience of implementing PPP projects • Study the structure of the CPMM • Identify features of PPP projects • Study the activity of the research object • Analyze the features of project management in Ltd. "Corporation of Investment Development of The Smolensk Region". • Determine the level of the project management system maturity • Identify the stake in the process of implementing PPP projects • Develop methodological recommendations on the formation of elements of CPMM in Ltd. "Corporation of Investment Development of The Smolensk Region". The learning and elaboration of CPMM, taking into account the specifics of PPP projects, can contribute to the further development of the stated problem.
