Theme of final qualifying work: "Partnership of Entrepreneurs and Public Authorities: Constitutional and Legal Foundations and Tendencies of Evolution". In this paper, we study the features and forms of interaction of authorities and business. The structure of the work consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. The first Chapter is devoted to analysis of approaches to the essence of entrepreneurial partnerships and public authorities, as well as the study of constitutional norms and practices of the constitutional court in this field. The second Chapter is about specific features of the main forms of partnership of business and government, their advantages and disadvantages and it contains main suggestions required for solving the problems. Conclusion contains the main withdrawals that were established in the process of studying this area.
