In this master thesis author has analyzed special process aspects of Data Visualization and Infographics Department organization in the Structure of Current Online Media Editorial.

The author has developed variants of the scheme for organizing production processes for the development of infographic for the federal and regional models.

The specificity of the production process assumes that in the modern conditions of fierce competition, the creation of an information product, including infographic, in most types of media is a continuous "conveyor process" in order to save resources. As a result of the research, based on expert interviews with Data Visualization specialists, the functional and professionalism of such participants in the production process as designer and editor was formulated. In this case, the skills set of requirements for the infographic editor or visual journalist is much higher than the traditionally accepted set of competencies.

In this work we based on the thesis, that the creation of an infographic is an exclusively collective process that requires the teamwork of specialists with different competencies. However, summing up all the facts found during our research, we concluded that the hypothesis formulated at the beginning of the work was only partially confirmed. As far as the Russian regional model assumes that the infographic creator is the sole author — acts as a few specialists, therefore the candidate must have a whole range of skills.
